リゾート創りに係る開発・設計から、開業後の運営まで。各領域で、一緒にリゾートを創っていく仲間を求めています。

From resort development and design to post-opening operations, we seek individuals who will join us in crafting exceptional resorts in a variety of areas.

Acquisition 用地取得・事業企画

リゾート開発用土地の取得、投資家招聘、運営受託の営業など、HERMの事業企画を担うポジション

The team member in this position will be responsible for HERM’s business planning, including acquisition of land for resort development, engagement with investors, and sales for hotel management contracts.

Development 開発

リゾートの商品企画、開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメントなど、HERMの開発事業マネジメントを担うポジション

The team member in this position will be responsible for managing HERM’s development projects, including product planning and project management in the development of resorts.

Architectural & Interior Design 設計・インテリアデザイン

リゾートの建築設計、設計チーム全体のディレクション、インテリアデザイン、設計/デザインサポートなど、HERMの建築デザインを担うポジション

The team member in this position will be responsible for architectural design for our resorts, design team supervision, interior design, and design/design support actvities.

Operations Executive オペレーションエグゼクティブ

コーポレートに所属し、各リゾートの運営を横断的にマネジメントするHERMの運営事業マネジメントを担うポジション

The team member in this position will be part of the Corporate Team, responsible for overall management of HERM’s resorts.

Hotel Staff ホテルスタッフ

リゾートの総支配人、ディレクター、シェフ、マネージャー、ラインスタッフなど、HERMの各リゾートにおいて運営やサービスを担うポジション

Team members who make up the staff at each of HERM’s resorts are responsible for operations and services. Positions include resort general managers, directors, chefs, managers, line staff, etc.

Marketing & PR マーケティング・PR

コーポレートまたは各リゾートに所属し、HERMのブランドプロモーション及び各リゾートのマーケティングを担うポジション

Team members in this position will belong to either the Corporate Team or will work onsite at one of HERM’s resorts to conduct marketing for each resort as well as promotional activities for the brand at large.

ホテル併設のレストラン「祇園ろか」での板場調理をお任せします。【具体的な仕事内容：調理全般業務、衛生管理、食品安全管理等】 Sowaka併設のレストラン「祇園ろか」では、本物の和食への期待を胸に世界中から訪れるすべてのお客様に、文化、宗教、言語の壁を超え、多様なニーズに応えながら「和食の世界」に没入する食体験を提供します。

SOWAKA 副料理長 Sowaka sous-chef

ホテル併設のレストラン「祇園ろか」にて、副料理長として調理全般をお任せします。【具体的な仕事内容：調理全般業務、衛生管理、食品安全管理等】 Sowaka併設のレストラン「祇園ろか」では、本物の和食への期待を胸に世界中から訪れるすべてのお客様に、文化、宗教、言語の壁を超え、多様なニーズに応えながら「和食の世界」に没入する食体験を提供します。
